rates, space inventory, facilities inventory, type of equipment used, and
staffing levels (parking and enforcement only).

- Establish a number of spaces managed by our members
- Establish a type of equipment used by our members
- Establish a staff per space ratio Canada wide and determine approximate size of industry as an employer.
