District Chapters
The Canadian Parking Association board encourages and supports the creation of district chapters of the CPA. The CPA's goals for the creation of district chapters are to foster the CPA mission and vision at a local level, to support the CPA strategic plan and to encourage increased involvement in the CPA. Just call the CPA office and ask for information on the chapter nearest you or check out the map below and contact the chapter leader in your area.

The CPA requires a written request for permission - Complete this NewChapterInformationForm.pdf which contains all the information the CPA requires to evaluate your proposal. The form is interactive which means it can be completed on line and submitted via email directly to the CPA.How Do I obtain an updated contact list for my district chapter?
The district chapter leader should send an email to the CPA requesting an updated contact list for their specific chapter. The CPA will in turn send the chapter leader a list in excel format.How Do I plan and/or initiate a District Chapter event/meeting?
FIRST- let the CPA know by completing the EventBudgetPlan.pdf well in advance of your meeting. The CPA requires this form prior to any meeting planning on your part. After reviewing your budget and meeting plan, the CPA will be in touch to discuss any funding issues, communication plan, sponsorships, publishing etc...that you may require for your meeting. We will then use this information to send out the invitation to our contacts in your area.

What financial records does the CPA require annually, from all district chapters?
The CPA requires an Annual Financial report by 30 December from each chapter that engaged in any activity throughout the year. Complete this Annual Financial report.pdf form. Like the others, this form is interactive - complete and email directly to the CPA by 30 December.
