Parking Facility Standards Award (PFSA)
In keeping with the CPA's Mission, the goals of the PFSA program are:
- to enhance the image of parking providers,
- to change the perceptions of customers so that the value of quality facilities is recognized by them,
- to contribute to the economic vitality of the community.
The program has been structured to help parking facility owners and operators reach acceptable standards in the areas identified as concerns through image studies conducted across Canada. The major categories are: Signage, Lighting, Security, Safety, Enforcement, Staffing, and Maintenance. Read more ..
